Methods of collecting personal information
Xperix collects the personal information in the following ways
1 Collection of personal information by users on the website after they consent to the gathering of personal data and provide information directly.
2 Collection through data generation tools such as access logs and cookies.
3 Direct submissions by users through offline methods, such as at exhibitions.
4 Collection of information when users make inquiries via email, phone, fax, or other communication methods.
Processing personal information for children under 14
Xperix does not provide services to children under 14.
Overseas transfer of personal information
Xperix entrusts the processing of personal data to external entities in order to provide more convenient and improved services for you. The entrusted entities only manage infrastructure operations but do not have access to your personal data.

Disposal procedures and methods of personal information
1 When personal data becomes obsolete, such as when the retention period expires or the processing purpose has been achieved, Xperix shall dispose of the personal data promptly.
2 In cases where personal data needs to be retained despite the expiration of the agreed-upon retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose due to other laws, it will be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different location.
3 The following outlines the procedure and method for the destruction of personal data:

Xperix selects personal information that requires disposal and obtains approval from the Privacy Officer of xperix.com prior to carrying out the disposal.
▪️ Disposal Methods
Xperix disposes of personal information recorded and stored in electronic file formats in a way that prevents recovery. Personal information recorded and stored on paper documents is either shredded or incinerated for disposal.
The rights of data subjects and exercising those rights
1 A data subject may exercise the rights to request access, edit, and delete his or her personal information and suspend the processing of such information (hereinafter referred to as “Exercise of a Right.”)
2 The data subject may conduct the Exercise of a Right via written documents, emails, and FAX under Article 41 (1) of the “Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act,” and Xperix will immediately take appropriate action.
3 The data subject also may conduct the Exercise of a Right through an agent, such as a legal representative or a delegated person. In such cases, the data subject shall submit a power of attorney in accordance with attached Form 11 under “Public Notice on the Processing Method of Personal Information.”
4 The rights of the data subject may be limited pursuant to Articles 35 (4) and 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act for the requesting suspension of personal information access and processing.
5 If personal information is specified as a subject of collection in other laws and regulations, deletion of such information cannot be requested.
6 Xperix checks whether the person who exercises the rights is himself or a legitimate agent.
Security measures
Xperix takes the following administrative, technical, and physical measures needed to ensure security:
